Dental Insurance

We participate as an in-network provider with Excellus BlueCross/BlueShield. We will gladly process your insurance claims and estimate the amount covered by your insurance in advance. The remaining balance is ultimately the responsibility of the patient as your dental benefits are a contract between your employer and your insurance carrier. Your estimated co-pay and/or deductible for treatment is due on the day of service unless previous financial arrangements have been made.

We gladly accept most other dental insurance plans as out of network and are happy to file claims on your behalf. We ask for full payment at the time services are rendered and your insurance company will send reimbursement directly to you.

We will always do our best to help you to maximize your insurance benefits. However, your treatment plan is individually based on one’s diagnosis and is not based on your dental insurance benefits or lack of benefits.

Appointments

We are very considerate of your time and try our best to run on schedule, we ask in return you are considerate of our team’s time. It is understandable that certain unforeseen circumstances may arise and that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. We request 48 business day hours advance notice for rescheduling appointments to avoid a fee.

Care Credit – We offer 6 month interest-free payment plans and extended financing plans are also available. You can apply online or we will be happy to assist you in our office.
